Is it PP? Polyester? Glass? Find out with this fiber TEST
POLYPROPYLENE (PP) FIBER WILL ALWAYS FLOAT ON WATER as it it lighter than water.
Sp. Gravity of PP - 0.91 (Lighter than water)
Sp. Gravity of Water - 1
Sp. Gravity of Polyester - 1.36
Sp. Gravity of Glass - 2.6

Flock Fiber /Dynal Flock offers mechanical reinforcement to the lead oxide paste on the grid of battery plate, thereby reducing oxide shredding and preventing premature failure of the battery. These flocks improve the life of the battery, thus making the battery last longer.

While different fibers exist, CETEX Polypropylene (PP) fibers are considered superior for concrete reinforcement due to these factors:
For heavy-duty industrial warehouse flooring in India, we recommend a dosage of 1.0kg to 4.0kg per cubic meter of CETEX Macro Synthetic Fibers. This provides secondary reinforcement and replaces traditional steel mesh (WWR) to prevent shrinkage cracks.
For internal and external wall plastering, 6mm (CPP06) or 12mm (CPP12) CETEX Polypropylene fibers are ideal. A dosage of 0.6kg to 0.9kg per cubic meter (or approx. 125g per bag of cement) effectively prevents "spider-web" shrinkage cracks.
Fibers should be added in small lots into the rotating drum at the batching plant or site. After adding the full dosage, allow the drum to rotate at maximum RPM for at least 20-30 extra revolutions (approx. 3-5 minutes) to ensure uniform 3D dispersion without clumping.
While Micro PP fibers (6mm-12mm) are for crack control, our CETEX Structural Graded Fibers (CPPST) can replace steel mesh in slabs-on-grade and pavements. However, they are used as secondary reinforcement; primary load-bearing steel should still follow structural engineering designs.
Yes. We have a robust supply chain network that ensures Pan-India delivery to all states and industrial hubs. Additionally, as an established global exporter, we ship our ASTM-compliant fibers across all continents, including the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, ensuring timely delivery for international infrastructure projects.
All our fibers are manufactured to meet international standards (ASTM C1116). We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, and every export batch undergoes stringent quality checks to ensure high tenacity and uniform dispersion, making them suitable for the world's most demanding construction environments.
Yes. CETEX Polypropylene fibers comply with ASTM C1116 / C1116M Type III (Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete). Our fibers are 100% virgin polypropylene and are alkali-proof and acid-resistant.
Absolutely. Unlike steel mesh, CETEX PP fibers are non-corrosive. They do not rust or degrade in salty, high-humidity coastal air, making them the superior choice for durable concrete in Mumbai's climate.
